Betfair Customer Services 16 Mar 12:18 Please be aware that there will essential maintenance that will take place on all Malta based products on Tuesday 17th March between 07:00 and 09:00 GMT. This maintenance is required to fix issues that arose over the weekend within the Malta infrastructure that affected all Malta based products.

During this time customers will be unable to access Australian Markets, Betfair Poker, Casino, Exchange Games, Arcade, Tote, Multiples and Taikai.

Please note that Unmatched bets for international customers will be cancelled at the start of the maintenance. If an international customer tries to access the site during the planned time slot they will receive our maintenance splash page. International bets will be cancelled on what we consider “volatile” markets, which are all markets in play, all active financial markets, all horse racing & Greyhound markets that are due to suspend / turn in play within a rolling 20 min period.

This maintenance will not affect UK sports customers, they will be still able to bet on all sports markets other than Aus markets, as the Aus Exchange will be splashed due to this work. If the work finishes ahead of schedule then products will be brought back online before the proposed finish time.
