Por lo que he leído en otros foros, hay bastantes jugadores estafados (entre ellos yo) en este momento
La cosa va así:
Ofrecen un bono del 50% con un máximo de 100$, o sea, depositas 200$ y te dan 100$
Los requerimientos son clamorosamente claros:
"Wagering Requirements:
1. The bonus would be released only if you meet the wagering requirements,which is 7 times the bonus amount in raked hands.
2. The bonus is valid for 30 days only."
Hasta aquí todo correcto, juegas 700 raked y te dan 100$
Vale, pues he jugado 708 raked hands,absolutamente todas en mesas 1/2$ Fixed Limit (y lo puedo demostrar mediante el Poker Tracker) y cuando reclamo mi bono me dicen:
"The definition of a raked hand for the purpose of fulfilling the bonus
requirements are a raked hand is a hand where one is dealt cards in a cash
game and the pot reaches the agreed level on $1/$2 tables or above and a
minimum rake per hand of 25c is taken. The raked hand generator on the
Intertops client shows your raked hands as being 708, however you have not played 708 hands where the rake is over 25 cents."

Bueno, no nos sulfuremos, será un error,así que vuelvo a escribir insistiendo en que he jugado en mesas Fixed de 1/2$ donde es absolutamente imposible un rake de menos de 25c (como ellos perfectamente saben) y me contestan:
"As stated in our previous correspondence, our records indicate all the hands were not raked at 25c and above, thus you have not fulfilled the bonus requirement, we will monitor your account, once you have fulfilled the bonus requirements, we will credit your account, and an e-mail will be sent to you."
Absolutamente increíble, me contestan lo mismo y ni siquiera se buscan una escusa
De momento he vuelto a reclamar, y ya se han iniciado algunas acciones en otro foro donde hay muchos estafados como yo.
