Antes que nada es importante mencionar que el balance en la cuenta antes del cierre era de €XXXXX,X no €6,000.00 como se menciona en el mensaje del usuario.

La cuenta fue cerrada por colusión. Candian y el usuario okevali han depositado en las mismas fechas, utilizando el mismo método de depósito, para apostar en exactamente las mismas líneas. Ambos usuarios han ingresado sus apuestas por el máximo permitido, con el propósito de exceder nuestros límites.

Tenemos páginas de historial que muestran exactamente las mismas apuestas por las mismas cantidades de dinero en ambas cuentas.

Ambos usuarios han recibido pagos por toda la actividad realizada con base a depósitos anteriores (candian ha recibido €XXXXX en pagos desde la creación de la cuenta). Ahora que la colusión ha sido detectada, la actividad relacionada al último depósito ha sido anulada y el depósito ha sido reembolsado.

Ambos usuarios han sido debidamente notificados y se les ha solicitado abstenerse de crear nuevas cuentas en el sistema.

I registered on 14.04.2008 to Fiestabet and bet often there.I lost money,deposit again and again,won,withdraw 4-5 times from them over 1.500 euro each time(my last withdraw was last week-1.500 euro and I received the money).I considered them a good bookie to bet and after 5-6 months of playing there I recommended them to a friend,a well known tipster in my country.Approximately in October 2008 he also signup to Fiestabet.Is true that in the last 2-3 months occasionally,we put same bets because he gives me some picks and he is very good in predicting soccer games(approximately 30% of bets are the same and only in the last 2 months).
This is not a crime,because our accounts are not linked ( same ip,same computer)
Fiestabet claims that we bet together same bets in order to exceed the max limits.I didn't do anything wrong because those limits are individually and we are different people.I think the problem is that they are worried because I won too much.They have the right to close my account but not to confiscate my money.My balance was 4.760,28 euro + 1.000 euro from two bets that was pending for 2 days.
That's the whole story!Is that a reason to confiscate my money?

Thanks,but I understand Spanish.I explained whole the story in my previous email.We are different people and those limits are individually and our accounts are not linked ( same ip,same computer).I registered in April 2008 and he in October or November 2008.Is that a reason to confiscate all that money?

I think it's not a big reason, but they found this coincidence as a suspicious one.

By the way, there are many ways to mask IP addresses, for instance surfing beyond a proxy, and Although I'm sure you played fair, there is a possibility for cheating.

And they believe you cheat. I suppose they think you opened two accounts and using one through a proxy, friend, whatever...
