Reference is made to your official complaint to the LGA re Gold Victory Limited.

This e-mail is to update you on the status of the investigation proceedings into the Gold Victory Limited licenses based in Malta.

The Authorities investigation findings were transferred to the Malta Executive Police who have also concluded their investigation which has resulted in court proceedings.

Presently the Authority awaits the Malta Law Courts to conclude said proceedings which will be made public and you will be notified accordingly.

Todo sigue igual, sigue el proceso judicial contra los dueños.
Hace tiempo que di por perdido el dinero y hasta me había olvidado de ellos, hasta que llegó este email.
Sigo dando por perdido el dinero.

Yo estoy igual, recibí ese email pero ni me inmuto, el dinero lo doy por perdido la verdad.

"The Greek business man and soccer team owner Dimitros Drosos, arrested earlier last year in relation to fraud and misappropriation of Gold Victory funds, didn't return to malta after he had been given permission to leave the island for medical treatment.
The Maltese criminal court has immediately issued a European Arrest Warrant and asked Greek Authorities to have the owner of Gold Victory extradited.
According to Maltese law, criminal prosecution cannot be conducted in absentia meaning that the dozens of players who are waiting for a criminal conviction of Dimitros Drosos to be able to file a civil suit to have their money returned, will probably have to wait several months just to see if Greek Authorities will accept the Maltese extradition request. Otherwise their already small chances to see their Gold Victory balances will disappear completely."

Basicamente comentan que el dueño de Goldvictory ha salido de Malta con un permiso medico y no ha vuelto. Que van a dar orden de arresto en toda Europa y que si no lo encuentran la remotisima esperanza de ver algo de nuestro dinero de vuelta desaparecería completamente.
